Pre-Inspection
We will first inspect for tile and grout flooring to determine the best method of cleaning and to what degree it needs to be cleaned. We will then use the best and safest way to achieve a like new apperance.
Pre-Treatment
We will apply the best cleaning agent as determined in the pre-inspection to clean your grout and tile floor. We will then spray the solution on your tile and grout floor and let it soak for approximately 15 minutes. If needed we will actually scrub the grout lines with small brushes.
This pre-treatment loosens accumulated soil, grease, and contaminants, and prepares the surface for our cleaning process. The cleaning solution does not produce any harmful fumes, and ordinary ventilation removes the mild scent within minutes of completion of the job.
